I'm Aline, a Data and Business Analyst with deep roots in the insurance industry.

My journey in data began through an unexpected path: as an Operations Department Supervisor, I was responsible for monitoring KPIs and performance analysis. This hands-on experience with metrics and business indicators sparked my passion for data, leading me to pursue a career transition into data analysis.

Building on my operational background and domain expertise in insurance, I moved into data and business analysis roles where I developed reports, dashboards, and data-driven projects.

I've strengthened my expertise through a Postgraduate Specialization in Business Intelligence & Analytics, followed by an MBA in Data Science and Analytics.

I'm currently expanding my capabilities through Data Engineering studies, combining my business knowledge and data analysis background to build more reliable and scalable data solutions.
